Anthony mATOS mELO, Ph.D.
I currently work as Program Evaluator / Coach at Grupo Nexos, where I specialize in empowering leaders to optimize their leadership potential when navigating the challenges and obstacles of corporate dynamics and to achieve new orbits of success.
I was trained as an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, currently work as an HR Analyst, but I am a life-long learner at heart. Doing consulting, the most satisfying aspect of what I do is learning about what other smart and curious individuals are investigating, discovering new findings, while helping them solve a problem along the way. It is absolutely a two way avenue where I get to help them, but I also get to grow so much from doing something new or different with every single researcher. It is a privilege and an honor that I do not take for granted.

I am an Organizational Consultant with seven years of experience supporting public, private, and nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico and abroad. My work centers on organizational assessment, workforce well-being, leadership development, coaching, and advanced statistical and research consulting. Through evidence-based coaching, I help students and professionals clarify goals, strengthen performance, and achieve meaningful, measurable results.

I have supported more than 50 master’s and doctoral theses internationally, guiding researchers through study design, data analysis, and project completion with clarity and confidence. My consulting services extend across the United States and beyond, offering research guidance, statistical analysis, and test development. My practice is rooted in empathy, evidence-based methods, and a commitment to helping people and organizations grow, adapt, and thrive—even in challenging moments.​
